American Amber Ale?
Amber lager?
Amber malt in high quantities doesn’t really sit well for me, I just can’t get on with the flavor profile.
Good luck in whatever you do with it.

Re: Dry hopping with pellets.
I add pellets into the FV loosely, usually when the beer has dropped to 1020, this helps reduce any oxygen getting into the beer, then i cold crash to 7c for 3-4 days, then transfer to conditioning tank, where it would sit for another week before packaging. Sometimes i might add co2 to the FV and r...

Re: Cacao Nibs
I've used raw cocoa nibs in the FV, with good results
I brew a Triple Chocolate Stout, and i transfer some hot wort into the FV, then add 2kg nibs into the FV, and leave for the duration of the fermentation. This usually gives a rich dark chocolate flavor to the beer.

Re: Lallemand London ESB Premium Yeast
Well I got 500g of this today!
I plan on brewing 2.5bbl of stout on Friday, then I have another brewery coming up brew a Collab with me on Monday, it's going to be a mild, so it would be rude not to use this yeast

I've never had key worth, or if I have, I've not know! Looking forward to trying yours.
Everything went smooth except the timer on the HTL kicked in late, but I can live with that.

AG#95 Farewell Freddy
Its been a while since ive brewed at home and posted a brew on here. Well Thursday i managed to get a few hours spare and decided to get a brew on. There was one of two reasons for this. 1, I needed to brew for the Wishbone Comp, an IPA without using American, Australian or New Zealand hops 2, It wa...
