Your biggest problem is probably yeast, liquid gets expensive very quickly if you don't want to freeze/store yeast ( liquid or dry) then you can try to do a number of sequential batches with the same yeast. Primary then cold crash then into a bottling bucket (bulk prime) then to bottles using a bottling wand.
The extra transfer is not usualy needed.

Add a sugar solution to the bottling bucket.

I don't think that there is an ideal solution even if I hard plumbed and buried copper pipes I would still have a dead leg with water stationary in it for weeks at a time.

It's the drain n dry that is a an issue, I am concerned about potential for things to grow in the hose. My usual cleaning procedure, is clean it, dry it, store it, clean it and use it I'm fussy about the dry it stage. I fill my fermenter on an admittedly crude trolley that I built to a height that enables me to simply push the fermenter onto the fridges shelf or to pull it from the fridge onto the trolly.
