5 or 10 litre brewery kit?

Has anyone built or have any ideas of the kit I could or should use to create a 5 or 10 litre micro, micro home brewery. I normally brew 19 or 21 litre brews but I'd like to be able to make smaller batches of new beers? If anyone has any thoughts that would be great, I'm also keen to build some new ...

Re: St. Louis Dry Hopped APA

Re: St. Louis Dry Hopped APA

Hey Seymour I guess it does seem a bit odd! The family came around this weekend and they thought it was great, they never usually drink ale as strong as this and they loved it!

Now for some more Schlafly clones!

St. Louis Dry Hopped APA

This is a great beer I just brewed inspired by a trip to St. Louis, Missouri a few years ago and developing a taste for a local beer there brewed by Schlafly (www.schlalfly.com). I am currently drinking this one and even after only a few days in the bottle its already tasting great, highly recommend...

Re: Beer engine pressure issues

Just double checked again and all seals are in the correct position however the large nylon washer that butts against the plunger is all pock marked so I'm assuming may need replacing. I have made an improvised rubber washer and added tat against it but on testing it didn't work either so it must be...

Re: Beer engine pressure issues

The faulty one doesn't appear to make a breathing noise as the working one does so I suspect it's not creating a vacuum.

I will double check the washer too but I thought it was the same as the working one

Thanks for both replies

Beer engine pressure issues

I have 2 hi-gene beer engines that I stripped and cleaned following a guide on here. On putting them back together one works and the other will not draw from the barrel I tested it with (with water). I guess it may be the seals need replacing but if anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful Than...

Beer engine parts

I have two Higene beer engines but both have the front cover missing and without it I can't add a drip tray. So can I get the cover from somewhere or do I need to make one (get one made) for each pump? Also do I need a jubilee clip to attach the inflow pipe to the engine? Any ideas great fully accep...

Thanks for that I had been getting to that conclusion- can I ask what you use to connect it to. I am thinking bag in a box.

But also I want a drip tray for it and does it take angram sparklers??

Sorry for so many questions

Thanks in advance
