Re: Hop Steeping - a debate
Hmmmm......how many more replies from Bristolian members are we going to get on this thread i wonder??? Does it REALLY matter in the great scheme of things who is right and who is wrong? Surely, if yourself and your peers are happy with the product produced (mitigating the 'risks' in the wa...

Re: Hop Steeping - a debate
And yes, in the grand scheme of things, right and wrong does matter in so far as I object to the propagation of misinformation and half-truths. But as I said before, in the end you do what you do and you get what you get. Who died and made you king? Talk about an ARROGANT attitude.............. BJC...

As an update to this thread......you can get bottles of Hen's Tooth directly from GK. They sell it in their brewery shop in Bury St Edmunds (been there today - so that's how i know). Useful for anyone in the eastern counties i guess.....

Re: Save your local homebrew shop
For those of you in Beds/Herts/South Northants, can i just put a word in for the 'New' Happy Brewer in Bedford http://www.thehappybrewer.co.uk/ . Always get great advice from Stephen, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Especially now the range of hops/speciality malts is increasing!!!
