Can you force carb in a King Keg PoP? I don't see why you couldn't. It's go the S30 (?) connection so you can use that. To be honest, I wouldn't care about force carbing. When i brew with my own hop, i use the lower alpha, last week i read somewhere that it's better to use the higher alpha when it's home hop :?
this could be right cos i found my beer more hoppy than i was expected :(

I'm going to harvest mine tomorrow, but i'm not so happy than last year with it (didn't have enough time to look after :( )
the columbus didn't grow well, but the Hallertauer magnum is very good (they've very big cone, double size), i'll get also some saaz 8)

I agree with Bigster, i think your recipe is a low IBU , is that about 16ibu ?
