Oh sorry I see now. I have 25kgs of malt. If I haven’t got enough hops as has been said above I’m happy to scale it back a bit.

I have unopened bag of pale malt about 4 month old a hops as listed above. The brewfather app is a good shout and quite easy to use from my first visit to the site.

90 minutes mash & boil I might add.

Been over 5 years since I have mashed a beer and the time has come to get something on tomorrow. Brew pots out of the loft and ready to go.
