Thanks guy's, yes it is the alcopop I am trying to find a clone for. As for sweetening I thought a mixture of sugar and Splenda (I have Cornices so can keep it cold enough to halt further fermentation). Just a thought really.

Just found some Lemon Hooch in my local store, I had forgotten what it tastes like and wifey likes it. Anyone know of a clone for this please?

First attempt at this and it has turned out rather acidic. It's just finished in the fermenter so awaiting bottling. Is there any way to reduce the acidity?
