Solar Pump to solve a problem?
Hi guy's I need some advice please. I am looking to buy a plastic conical fermenter. Having checked out it's dimensions I see it is just over 80cm in height. This poses a problem as the fermenters I have are 50cm and the tap is about 6cm above the fermenter. I will explain (if I can) I use a Brewmon...

Thanks guy's, yes it is the alcopop I am trying to find a clone for. As for sweetening I thought a mixture of sugar and Splenda (I have Cornices so can keep it cold enough to halt further fermentation). Just a thought really.

Elder flower champagne
First attempt at this and it has turned out rather acidic. It's just finished in the fermenter so awaiting bottling. Is there any way to reduce the acidity?
