Elderflower Champagne and Mould
Hello, I am making my first batch of elderflower champagne. Its been fermenting about for about 3 days and I have noticed what looks like little areas of mould. Can advise me if this is ok or if I can skim them off the top or if I have to start a new batch? Please see pictures below. Thanks Pictures...
