Hi mate. Not see. That before. Most beers ferment best between 18 -25°c . It's best to have a thermometer strip on the side of the fermenter so you can keep an eye on it . That's the the single hop IPA from MJ done. Tried to lose as much trub as possible by filtering from on fermenter to another, leaving it settle then transfering back. It worked to a degree and not a bad yeild 4, 5ltr kegs & 5, 500ml swing top bottles. Obviously lost a little but nothing to cry about...
