Been at the cricket so have not brewed in this weather yet.

Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Ended up buying in the US, the UK KK product prices are eye-watering. Whilst over there or did you take the import duty hit? The Euro and pound are both in the toilet at the moment so will not be helping things. Did you manage to get a sparkler spout too? Hi f00b4r They are coming back in the new y...

Re: Ultratap Flow Control Twist
Over a year now since Keg King promised these in the UK. Still no sign of the distributor Bevie UK have any Keg King Stock. Keg Kings website still states that Brew2Bottle are the sole UK suppliers. Not sure these things will ever make it now. I have looked at buying them in Norway or the USA but th...

Re: GrainFather G30 Connect questions
Hi Mash
Yes GF pump is much higher rated.
Project has stalled a bit recently but I did find out that the GF30 controller does not pump rest
This would be an issue on an overnight mash (my prefered brewday)
I may have to do a test daytime brew to see things go with no pump rest periods or rethink.

Re: Braumeister fermenting lid
Yeah. I try you might have point. I am brewing in a couple of weeks so the need had passed for this year. Used to think it was just a few days in August, but this year has proved the exception. I used to double brew in June and then catchup in September but..... Yep same as will be now brewing soli...

Re: Braumeister fermenting lid
The coil is in push fit fittings so completely removable may have to reduce the coil size if a cool/heat loop appears. Ok. My thinking was perhaps a 2 inch tri-clamp that then becomes a universal port for CIP / cooling / nothing (blank) /airlock?? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/114929930483?mkcid=16&mk...

Already running through a reservoir so I am hoping for it not to be an issue.
I could also stick the Inkbird Temp probe into the reservoir and that would maybe cure that issue.
