that should work, but do you find 12% weak? Seems ok for a table wine.

I hadnt noticed any difference as to how vigorously they ferment, but they are giving me good results

Don't know about these, but I have been getting great results with the premium ranges from Beaverdale. Just bottled a rose and it tastes really good.

I think both bread and beer yeast are saccharomyces cerevisiae, although the strains will be different

Hi. I'm not all that local, but you may be the closest local group to me. I'm getting in touch because I'm giving up all grain brewing, and sticking to kits from now on. I have various bits of kit - Burco boiler, mashtun, wort chiller, probably other bits and pieces that can be had (maybe in return ...
