Hi All,
I need a bit of help my 20 litre Brewlution has a removeable inner bucket with a perforated removable bottom2.0kW kettle holds a rolling boil really well and the temperature range is accurate. Can I use this for boil in the bag ?

I could do with a bit of help, I brew very good extract beers, but I like to try BIAB , I have a 20L brewlution with a 2.0kW element, what is the biggest volume I can brew?

Hello Everyone,
Just brewed 23 litres with 3.4 kg of LME 70 grams Target 35 grams of Fuggles and 35 grams of WVG with 300 grams of sucrose, should be 5.2% abv, no chill in the fermenting fridge for the first time, I will let you know how it goes.

I use Muntons extract with various hop combinations dried yeast and some grains usually 5 gallon batches with a good deal of success, should get my hands on a fermentation fridge tomorrow.

Looks good I will be brewing on Monday 3.4 kgs of LME 227g of crystal malt, 40g Target, 40g Brambling x and 40g of WGV 45 minute boil 10l half the LME to start with the other half at 35 minutes. I use LM all the time and make great ales my own combinations of hops 4-5 ales on rotation in my 6' x 3' shed brew outside under a gazebo. DME is good jut need to use a bit less that LME but I never bother, I do have two insulating jackets to maintain temperaure and use 2L lemonade bottles filled wi...

I start with 1.5kg Muntons lme and 0.5kg Muntons spraymalt0.5kg brown sugar sometinmes 100g of hop mixed, yest and water 45 or 60 minute boil which produces very drinkable Ales that are much nicer than ones yo can buy.

I use LME , yeast hops and water don't the the twang, but I do transfer to a second vessel for at least a week and leave my ales to mature.
