Vienna malt. 1400 grs
Crystal malt 510 grs
Saaz hops 115 grs at start of boil

A friend has just brought me a bottle of this from Germany, and I'm impressed! Best bottled beer I've had for a while, so there's a challenge straight away, got to recreate this. Cheers Jim Stays at 20c mostly throughout the day, And rises to 21 for a while in the evening. Even during the night does not fall below 20c, Which is good i suppose. Could that be read as 5.9% ? The latest Challenger hops that I have are 7.6% that's not too far off midway between 5 and 9
