Obviously concerned not to hit a cooling line so would appreciate any guidance on reducing risk if at all possible. Cheers Jim Stays at 20c mostly throughout the day, And rises to 21 for a while in the evening. Even during the night does not fall below 20c, Which is good i suppose. I have transfered beer fron my sanke keg to a small corny keg using the beer out to beer out jumper method. Could that be read as 5.9% ? The latest Challenger hops that I have are 7.6% that's not too far off midway between 5 and 9
