Re: Coopers Euro Lager - Noob Temp Advice Needed Pls

did you swap the yeast for a larger one? as most kits come with ale yeast so you've fermented to cold hence it sticking.

Re: corny regulator

tried spanner with all my strength, although i don't have a vice i can put it in, so have to hold the regulator in one hand and the spanner in the other. good idea on ptfe tape i'll do that don't want to waste all my gas.

Re: Corny Keg prerequisits

yep i used maltmiller to get an idea of parts. i just can't see how to get 3/8 od line into a jg fitting. my 7/16 TO 3/8 ADAPTER is the same also but the thread section on the disconnect is to long for it to attach. disconnect looks like this http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/images/uploads/Image%205.j...

Re: Corny Keg prerequisits

corny regulator

can anyone link me to a good corny regulator? most of the ones i've seen got up to 100 or 200 psi on the keg dial so dialling in low psi for serving is hard.

Re: sugars for carbonation

i think the standard is about 6-8 grams per liter for a larger. i tend to use 80gms in a 20l brew length for ales but thats quite flat
