Re: Wishbone Brewery Homebrew Competition

The 20th it is :)

The idea of this comp is to bring your bottle entry on the day, however someone has asked if they can drop them off the week before as they can't attend on the 20th. With this being a Charity Event we will take a £5 donation from anyone not attending with their beer.

We will start a list of entries via email similar to what Shane did in previous years. We have all the fittings and can either supply the box ready fined or give you a b...

If the brewer can fill a 9g Firkin that would be handy vs a Bag-in-Box, I think we had 9 handpulls (Boxes) and a keg when we did this at Saltaire whereas we need to fill 4 handpulls on the Wishbo...

Re: Wishbone Brewery Homebrew Competition

So in the absense of many more comments and a couple of email from NCB people... Saturday 20th August 2016.

I realise oneof you said that it may be tight for you, but at least its away from the Bank Holiday that people may struggle with.

Re: Wishbone Brewery Homebrew Competition

You'd be surprised what you can do with some of the less than hip American hops when blended with about 30-40% of a very Hip Hop!

As you can see http://www.wishbonebrewery.co.uk/events/ we have restrictions, a life outside of brewing, appreciate our fr...
