THANK YOU so much for allowing me to join this hallowed School of homebrewing! (YOU know who you are!)
I've been trying for a number of day's to join, but due to ''technical issues'', I have been unable to.
But I'm here now and raring to go!
Ok so I've been kit brewing since 1982 and see no reason to stop now!
I started with Edme's Superbrew gold, some European lagers, before moving on to the likes of John Bull and Tom Caxton bitters.
For the last 15 years or so, I have actually ''tasted'' the brews I've made, instead of just ''necking'' them as I used to do, instead 'experimenting', with different hops, and other malt additions to the brew's.
That's all for now folks, I'm going for a scoot about on here now, thank you once again for the site acceptance! MikkyK.
A big 'THANK YOU'!
