Im looking to brew my first Belgian beer over Christmas. I say first Belgian, but Ive brewed a hoe clone and similar. Anyway, I still have a load of Lager malt left over. I used this when the last recipe called for Pils but I was just wondering what differences I will encounter using Lager rather than Pils?
I know its not an authentic brew, but should I just order is a sack of Pils for these brews anyway?
I ask as I see other recipes saying you can swap out lager/pale malt without too much difference also!
Lager/Pilsner malt.

Re: Lager/Pilsner malt.
You can swap it for pils, no problem. It'll still be more "authentic" than if you subbed regular two-pale pale malt. Happy brewing!
