Doh!
Just went to measure out my grains and had no mediums crystal.
Recipe calls for .50 kg of it, only 10% of entire recipe. Anything I can sub it for?
I have dark crystal, but its a nut brown ale and dont want it tooo roasty.
I also have some caramalt... maybe a blend of the two?
EDIT: Just read through some very interesting posts about crystal. With what I have I think I will go 1third dark, and 2 thirds caramalt.
Run out of medium crystal
