Oak smoked wheat malt

My first use of oak smoked wheat malt was a mini-mash of 1 lb. with 4 ozs. red wheat malt added to 1.5 lb wheat dme in a two gallon batch.

Nice looking Beer ! =D>
Next time you take a pic, give the base of the glass a sharp tap on the
worktop, the bubbles will rise from the sides of the glass giving you a better pic.
