Hop Pellets

I think I've just dropped a clanger.

I decided to add 12g a hop pellets to my King Keg Top Tap, but I put them in loose so they quickly started to break up and now float on the surface, now if they were whole hops or the keg had a bottom top I think I'd be ok but as its a top tap I think a may get a blob of muck in each pint or block the float.

As I barrelled this morning should I try and skim then off the surface or will the debris sink

maybe rock the barrel gently, that might make portions of it sink to the bottom. Cant see how some of it wont get through though
