Late hopping

Up till now I have been adding my aroma hops after turn off when the temperature has gone down to 80 degrees , Then leaving them to steep for 30 mins, before turning on my IC to reduce to 25c

Reading around it seams that some people are adding them staight after turn off and then chilling straight away.

What is best for aroma?
