Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo and Summit will all give you a nice dose of citrus. I am partial to Summit and Amarillo myself.
Cheers

Re: Grapefruit.
I'm just back home from my holidays and have tried a crafty half pint of my Simcoe/Riwaka beer that's been sitting in the keg for the last two weeks. It's Uber-Grapefruit. Very, very citrussy. Very, very nice too - although it's not quite clear yet. Still some US-05 haze. I'll give it another couple of weeks in the keg and carb it up a bit, but by then it should be an ultimate grapefruity PA.
Re: Grapefruit.
any chance of the recipe Alasdair?

cheers for that mate.

Re: Grapefruit.
No probs. It seems like a nice hop combo...although I'm really, really not going to try any more until it's had the full 6 weeks. Honest.Garth wrote:cheers for that mate.
