Great article, and a good read (Haven't read it all yet, but I will do, very interesting stuff).
The suggestion of using 30% the aroma hops, without adjusting for increased bitterness due to the boil.....does this really mean you take a recipe with 10 minute or flameout hop additions, and move those hops right the way to before the boil, without adjusting anything else?
Is this not highly surprising?!!
And do people here generally do that here, move 30% of the aroma hop. What happens if you move the whole lot, and stick all the aroma hops into the FW?

I've read about this before and I can't quite believe it works. I need a bit more convincing before I try it with one of my brews...
