Classic British hops
Classic British hops
This is meant to be more of a conversation piece really, but what would you consider to be classic British hops? I'll give you fuggles and goldings; but what else is there? For example, I believe Sheppard Neame use locally grown cascade in one of their beers, but to me, that's a US hop. So, over to you...
Re: Classic British hops
Challenger, Northdown, and I would say Styrian Goldings is so widely used that it is a signature flavour in many British ales.
Fuggles and Goldings are the real old classics obviously.

Don't forget WGV
Once, during Prohibition, I was forced to live for days on nothing but food and water.
