Guys
Looking for advice on techniques to get that real strong hop aroma and flavour. I have had one real great hoppy beer but despite using the same brew techniques have failed to replicate the results.

Re: Advice please
Have you tried making a hop tea? As your wort is boiling, bring a couple of litres of water to the boil. Let it cool to 80 C then sling in a loads of hops and let them sit there for the rest of your boil. After you've finished boiling the wort, stick the tea, inc hops, into the wort when it hits 80 C.
I've tried it twice now but I'm still unsure of the effects and whether it's worth it. If you fancy giving it a go, let me know how you get on.
Cheers

just use lots and lots of hops! choose your hops well and you cant go wrong do single hop brews to see what hops give what, cascade, goldings.
