Definitive, Hops = Flavour?

Just had a great idea, i think :shock:

Could we do a list of what hops achieve what flavours and aromas.

The reason i thought of this is i planned to do a lot of beers with the same grain bill and change the hops just to see what the results were but this would take months and maybe i would get some beer i dont like.

This may be a bit difficult with different times to use the hop and peoples different opinions of taste but it might work.

So i'll start the ball rolling with my limited 9AG's so far.

Pacific gem (dry hop) = blackcurrant

Cascade (dry hop) = citrus fruits

Styrian (late boil) = not sure yet, cant describe but reminds me of TTL
