Rice is nice, I use FUDCO Rice Flakes from Tesco at worse it adds a few points and a very slight taste but not sure how you might do that with a standard mash system.

Hallertauer Hersbrucker
Origin: Hersbruck, Germany
Aroma: Grassy, Hay, Pleasant and Hoppy were all used as describers. It has a mild to semi-strong potency.
Alpha Acid: Between 3 to 5.5%
Typical Usage: Aroma

The true Hallertau Hallertauer Mittelfrüher has the mild, pleasantly spicy aroma and flavor described simply as "noble" and characteristic of the great German lagers.
Hallertauer Hersbrucker
Origin: Hersbruck, Germany
Aroma: Grassy, Hay, Pleasant and Hoppy were all used as describers. It has a mild to semi-strong potency.
