Pellets vs flowers

I have a beer recipe I would like to try that calls for Amarillo hop pellets, alas my local HBS only has them as vacuum packed hops.

Do I need to adjust the quantities when using hole hops vs pellets, and visa versa?

I think most brewing software allows about 10% extra when using flowers as opposed to pellets.
