At some point I intend to brew a Dry Irish Stout. The recipe I have calls for Bullion as the main hop constituent, and it appears to be the variety Guinness itself used to use. This hop seems to be quite difficult to get hold of these days, so does anyone know of a reasonable alternate? I've heard Northern Brewer, Brewers Gold and Columbus.
Anyone got any thoughts on this?
