You need to build up to this but omiting bittering hops and getting all your bitterness from late additions is a great way of getting huge flavour and aroma. I've got a brew on at the moment which aims at 47IBU and used 100g of new zealand cascade in the last 15m and steeping. If it tastes as good as it smells in the bucket it'll be a cracker.

Yeah - interesting piece about this on Mr Malty. I used 10g of Bravo as a 90min bittering addition.
