New to hopping.

Hey guys im looking to try using hops for the first time in the near future can anyone suggest what ones would be good to use with the following kits
Coopers APA
Coopers European Lager
John Bull IPA
Coopers English Bitter

Not too sure on quantities for kits but I'm sure our fellow brewers/ess' can advise.
My preference for your choice of brews would be:
Coopers APA - Cascade or Amarillo (if you can find any)
European Lager - Saaz
IPA - Challenger and Goldings by the bucket load
English Bitter - Target and Bramling X
