how much to dry hop?

how much to dry hop?

I'm dryhopping my latest brew to the keg in the morning with chinook hop pellets in a steel hop ball, they're aa is 12%. Could anybody advise me on how much to use? i read of brewers in America using 1 ounce

Not sure how Chinook fares as a Dry hop but I would start with 10-15g.
How long are you leaving the hops in for?

I was planning to leave them in right to the end of the keg

I would use 10-15g, then see if its to your liking and adjust the hopping rate of the next brew accordingly.
