Target Hops

I have my eyes on brewing Marc Ollosons Flowers Original for someones birthday.
I havent used, and dont have any, target hopsand was considering using goldings adjusting volume based on different AAs.

Target users - Is there a huge difference in the flavour / aroma compared to goldings :?:

Yes there is a huge difference but the Flowers wasn't that hoppy so any decent hop will do.

The difference between Goldings and Target is that Goldings tastes nice.
