I have a cascade plant outside that is going from from burrs to roundish hop cones at the min ! whereas i have a smaller cascade in the polytunnel that has roun cones and my main plant is teeming with large elongated cones !
i have pics on my phone whicch i will try to upload asap !
Hope this helps !!!!!!!
I was thinking along the same lines about waiting for the majority of them to extend out, a lot of them are starting to do just that (none of them showing signs of browning yet), i was thinking i might do a partial harvest this weekend and put them wet into a brew on the day, what sort of ratio do you use wet:dry.
Would love to see the photos, i'll try and get a pic of mine up as well, i have to say in stark contrast to the first gold i was growing the cascade seems like they are going to be full of lupin and aroma (the first gold is pure pants, virtually no aroma and v.little in the way of lupin).
