Very much depends what you are fermenting in. You must keep air out if it sits that long.

I ferment in the normal 32 liter plastic bucket, no sign of oxidation at all.

i got a 7,5% ale sitting on the trub in plastic at 2C. must be at least six weeks now. i'll bottle soon as i get the chance but last taster was absolutely fine so i'm not worried. another week won't hurt..

maybe if going over 2 months getting it into a glass secondary would be advisable but i don't think 30 days in primary is an issue so long as it's been well kept.

Forgot to post an update, but my beer turned out fine, so I need to buy a sniff'ometer with a cat piss and cheese marking as I clearly can't tell the difference.
