Hi everyone my hopp list is increasing all the time my new hopps are Glacier, Nelson sauvin, Pecific Gem.I have bought some Celiea the other day for the first time what i find funny is the debate about what is better either Bobek or Celeia yet they are both styriean goldings but some sware that Bobek is the superiour others say no way Celeia is way better what do you guys think??? I have fell in love with Crystal WOW that is one sexy hopp it works so well with goldings but i do think you should only use Crystal one of three ways one add last ten mins of boil, two post boil half hour soak at 80c or dry hopp caus it has real delicate flavour, iam now also planning on buying some willemette for my stouts any feed back on what people thought of willemette.Iam now having to buy a chest freezer caus i have been givin one draw buy the wife for my hopps but man i need more space.

Wow, theres some big lists here. I wonder what an IPA made from equal IBUs of many different hops would taste like? A brew of wondrous complexity? Or would it be more like what happens when you mix many different colours of paint together (brown!).
I thought I was becoming a bit of a hoptomaniac with my stash, but now I see I am merely a pretender:
Aurora
Cascade
Challenger
East Kent Goldings
Fuggles
Galena
Green Bullet
Magnum
Perle
Styrian Goldings
Target
Willamette

I just finished my last. All my Tettnang, Saaz and even the sad remains of my EKG went into my pilsner last weekend...
Time to stock up again methinks, wish I had more storage space as swmbo allows me just the bottom drawer of the freezer to keep my hops in. I could happily do with a kilo of saaz and hallertau...

If you've ever had Pilsner Urquell then it's like that, kind of earthy/spicy although those descriptors don't really mean much unless you've tasted it.

Hi everyone i think i have caught that very contagious hop bug.Caus my list of hop's seems to be getting longer and longer like the other day i bought some Motakea hop, it was real hard to find some caus almost all online sites where sold out

.I have just bought some willemette and from what i can see by other people's list it's very popular can i ask what you fine people thought of willemette is it as fruity people say?. iam waiting for the new shipment of nelson sauvin caus that hop is stunning i think it brings a peachy flavour to the glass.

Moment of clarity today, 3 kilos of hops delivered the other day. Decided to rationalise my hops into some sort of geographical order of growth. Dumped them all in the family room to sort and was immediately shouted down by family as a few packs had devacced!
The pic below is somewere around 7 kilo of hops, too many to be bothered counting. I really don't need any more hops this year or maybe next as well.....
I now have a fridge FULL of european hops, 1/2 a plastic bin of british and the cooler is full of american hops only.
