Help on hop growing / digging up / any freebies!?

Hi all, I am just finishing my 80 pint batch of 'Lone Star Bitter' ( A Kentish bitter with a Texan twist). I used up my last Goldings. Where I live there were old hop fields and there are a few in the hedges. Not many and this year i will pick them all. But has anyone got any hop rhizomes I could buy / or barter? Or advice on how to get some of the hops in the fields back to my garden? I have masses of space and would love to grow some, just not sure how to do it! I do grow all my own veg so I am not a complete idiot! Thanks for any advice. Subsonic.
