Cuttings question

Hello,

I have some cuttings that seemed to be doing nothing, then all of a sudden there are shoots!
The question is this, I want them to establish, at the moment they are all in little pots. However come autumn I will be cutting back my plants, what should I do to my cuttings?

Should I leave them in there pots over winter, or cut them back and see what happens?

Also a hop bine that I liberated I have the same question, 2 of the bines have died, one is rather fragile. Again should I chop back and wait and see or cover and protect?

As everything is growing I assume a root system has started to develop, so any tips on what to do greatly appreciated!
