was round my brother in laws parrents house today for a birthday party and came across a hop plant which they have in there garden. they dont know what it is but said that its been there for a few years. ive put a pic below and was wondering if these would be any good for brewing? they look a little brown around the edges.

I would avoid using hops that brown, but you could pull off the brown part and see what the rest smells like. And get there a couple weeks or so earlier next year.
I'm just here for the beer.

there were a few on there that are just green and look pretty fresh but im not sure if there is enough of those to do up a brew.
