You're Golden with those....but get some nice fresh Nelson Sauvin too for the flavour.

Also, Pac Gem, Green Bullet, Pac Jade and Southern Cross are all good quality, high alpha bittering hops.

My recent order consists of:
  • Pioneer Hops (Pellets 90gm)
  • Riwaka (D Saaz) Hops (flowers 90gm)
  • Motueka (B Saaz) Hops (pellets 90gm)
  • Rakau Hops (Organic Pellets 90gm)
  • Sticklebract Hops (pellets 90gm)
I only actually wanted some Pioneer but couldn't find anywhere in the UK that sold this UK-grown hop!!

:)

i wanted pioneer but it looked like pilgrim may do the job instead and I wouldn't mind the extra hoppiness

Good to know if I need them again. Are they a Challenger type of hop anyway?

Citra is an amazing hop. Probably my new favorite. Tropical fruit punch aromas and flavor.

You swine......you almost made me press the "Confirm Order" button at CraftBrewer until the little white angel on my left shoulder poked me in the ear with it's flaming sword.

Must.....not....buy.....any.....more....hops.....yet.....

I dare say I must have at least a couple of kilos in the freezer! Including some from craftbrewer. ;-)
