You jammy get! What cracking looking cones.
My hops are just about ready to start flowering, if I'm lucky I might get a harvest towards the second half of September

Im waiting on mine as well, i think in our part of the world its about mid august before the daylight hours drop enough to get them to flower, i imagine some of the guys further south than us (with shorter daylight hours) are seeing flowering already.

They look almost good enough to smoke :) Do you dry them before brewing, or make a wet hop harvest ale?

My colleague is going to pick some tomorrow morning, just before the brew starts that we'll use for a wet hop ale. Most will be dried.
