...well that's if their not already yellow in the shop anyway... :(

I used to find that most of a bag could get wasted even when kept in the dark because shops bought hops tend to go yellow in a flash like pears ripen from rock hard to mushy in a microsecond...

Any tips...?

I keep mine in airtight polythene sandwich bags in the freezer. They seem to do alright.

Whatever you do, don't buy hops kept in clear plastic bags in a shop, though. They'll be knackered before they get near your first brew. :huh:
