I have a small BIAB batch of an Adnams Southwold Bitter clone that I will be kegging in a 2 Gal. keg at the weekend.
I would like to dry hop it in the keg with a small amount of Fuggles, as I believe that this is what Adnams do to their cask bitter, but is it a bad idea to add the hops to the keg loose, or should they go in a muslin bag?
Also, any suggestions on how much to add?
Cheers
