hop combo comments needed

im doing this tomo:
gold mk 2:

29kilos biards malt
3kilos of crushed maise
2oz (56g) of simco first wort
1 oz (28g) of simco at 30 mins
3oz if citra at 10 mins
3oz of amarillo at 10 mins
3oz of cirta at 0 mins
3oz of amarillo at 0 mins
3 oz of galaxy at 0 mins.

should be 200 ltrs.
dont know whether to add 3oz galaxy at 10 mins too... or do drop the galaxy altogether and add some simco later on instead. wat you recon?
dont want it too bitter, but want loads of aroma. want lots of flavour.

Lots of late hops and plenty of dry hops as well i say .

do you mean break up the 10 minute additions to 15, 10, 5 and steep? or add more. cus i was thinking there is a ton in there already?

Mix the two 10 minute additions together and add the same quantity of Galaxy and Simcoe and then divide and add at 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
