is it too late to plant hop rhizomes?

Hi all, just wondering if its too late in the year to plant a rhizome or 2?
im not expecting to get a decent crop at all bit just wondering if its worth it?

I wouldn't think it's too late to plant them. It's extremely unlikely they'll have enough time to produce full-grown bines and get around to flowering, but it sounds like you already understand that. By all means, get 'em in the ground and let 'em start building their underground network, looking forward to next year's harvest. Best of luck!
