Fyne Ales Avalanche is that combo and is a very good beer. Can't help you with the ratio though

That's good enough for me. Had that ale before and thought it was excellent.

Was thinking maybe bittering with magnum then 25% Casacade 75% liberty additions at 15 and 5 mins.

You appear to have misspelled Cascade as Amarillo!


I'm sure it'll be just as nice, although I'd be tempted to bump up the liberty a tad more if you can. Not that I've used them before, just going off what I read about them on t'internet, I assume they are quite mild compared to amarillo
