Harvested worthington,westerham and Oakleaf yeast

Post by tourer » Sat Aug 16, 2014 8:52 pm

As the title says, the worthington yeast is working very strong the Oakleaf IPA is good but the Westerham yeast appears to looks quite lumpy rather than dispersing while it's on the stir plate. Any idea's if the Westerham is viable? It smells OK. I was thinking of using Sample bottles from the chemist for storing in the fridge is that OK. I would appreciate the expertise of Jim's members.
Many thanks

Thanks for that mozza. I'm just letting them cool down in the fridge before transfering. The Westerham was from a bottle of Viceroy IPA 5%.
Thanks again
