My club has organised a Brew Conference for the 9/may/2015 http://www.nhcconference.com/ and we have some excellent speakers for it and one being Chris White of White labs inc. What I am looking for is does anybody have any good questions that you think I could put to him at this conference. This will be a great opportunity for getting some good feedback :D
