Anybody used or know anything about these two yeasts?
The Liberty and New World both claim high attenuation and flocculation. Liberty light esters, New World neutral.

Re: MJ Liberty Bell / New World Strong Ale yeasts
Bit of research suggests:
Liberty Bell is re-badged M79 Burton Union
New World Strong is re-badged M07 British Ale.
French Saison is re-badged M27 Belgian ale.
Empire Ale is re-badged UK/ Newcastle Dark Ale.
Some geographical leaps there...
Does anyone really like any of the MJ yeasts?

Im no expert but Ive used the Brown ale and workhorse. Im got a "steam beer" in the fv with bohemian in it just now. Ive re-hydrated each 1 and had no probs. The workhorse brew is sitting in a secondry to get bottled this week and tastes nice again another "steam beer" I worked out a 73% attenuation with it.

I've just ordered the New World Strong for a Rye IPA. Will let you know how it goes.

Cheers. I think that's the one I would try, British Ale got decent reviews and looks like it's the same yeast.

I used M07 in a bitter that came out pretty good.
I used M44 in a pils-ale that took a while to get going, but the beer is pretty good.

I'm just here for the beer.

Fair leap geography-wise from British to New World.
I was going to go with US05, but given I don't fine, thought I'd give this and it's higher floc a try.
Any idea what sort of attenuation I'm likely to get? Will need to adjust Beersmith (don't believe the Mangrove shack's yeasts are on there).
