Ferments release dried Brett yeast

SafBrew BR-8 brings Brett in dried for to the homebrewer:

Quite an interesting development, although there are lots of different Bretts that bring different things to the table.

That's really interesting, I have been looking for a dried Brett for a while.

Flippin' heck. This stuff past me right by.

Who here is using it? Hell of a price, but not as involved as the "liquid offerings. Not many selling it either: Fermentis BR-8 - Get-er-brewed
